| Info: | Yesterday morning at 9 o'clock a very pretty wedding took place at the home of the bride's parents on Pollock street. The contracting parties were Miss Maud Luce KING and Mr. William E. GWALTNEY, of Asheville. The bride's home was decorated in magnolias, jessamine and potted plants. As the wedding march was rendered by Miss Annie AVERY, the bride entered with her father, Mr. Frank KING, when the ceremony was performed by Rev. J.R. BETTS. The bride was becomingly attired in a gown of white accordean plaited silk and her going away gown was a blue cloth suit. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank KING and has many friends in the city, and the groom is an industrious insurance man of Asheville. Mr. and Mrs. GWALTNEY left for a few days at Morehead City. |
